During my sophomore year of high school, I had the incredible opportunity to see Mamma Mia! with a small group of friends from my theater program. The show, presented by the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance, was one of the first community performances I had ever attended, and it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment the curtain rose, the energy was electric—every performer sang and danced with such heart that I couldn’t help but be swept away. Long after the final bow, I found myself humming the unforgettable tunes of “Dancing Queen” and “Mamma Mia.” This pin, a memento from that unforgettable night, represents more than just the show; it reminds me of the joy of live performances and solidified my love for being on stage, sharing stories with an audience.
